| How To Buy the Artwork |

Find the artwork you want to buy from Gallery-SAKURA website.
Then click "Request a Free Estimate" button. |

Fill out the Estimate Form and submit it. (Free) |

3. |
We check the availability of the artwork, and send you an estimate of the total cost to purchase the artwork. |

4. |
If you decide to purchase it, we send an invoice by an Email. |

5. |
You pay the price to Escrow.com by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal.

6. |
We ship the artwork to you as soon as we confirm your payment. We also send you an email of confirmation, and let you know the tracking number of the delivery. |

7. |
The artwork arrives in about 1 week. When you receive the artwork, you check it carefully. If the artwork is damaged, please tell us immediately. We investigate the delivery, and send another artwork or refund the fund that you pay.

We will request the following costs from you.
*Price of the artworks
*Packing cost
*Shipping cost (including insurance)
*Customs duty (We will pay instead of you)
*Consumption tax of your country (We will pay instead of you) |

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, you may tell us and return it within 10 days after receiving. We will refund the fund of the artwork (other costs like shipping cost are not refundable). You will have to pay for return shipping and the artwork must be returned in perfect condition, you must use the original packing and the same postal express service.

By packing in safe and firm stuff, the artworks are protected during the transportation.
